Statuses

StatusMeaning
Pending PaymentInvoice created, but payment not yet confirmed.
PaidPayment confirmed, access should be updated.
OverdueInvoice is no longer valid or payment deadline has passed.
ErrorCheck payment details or contact support.

Limits

When a limit is reached, some features may become unavailable: creating new flows, processing clicks, advanced statistics, or additional seats. In that case, review your plan, period, actual usage, and available renewal options.

After Payment

Access is usually updated automatically after payment confirmation. If the status does not change, save the invoice, amount, currency, and payment time to contact support.
