What the Log Stores

  • Click date and time.
  • Flow associated with the click.
  • Final decision.
  • Decision reason.
  • IP, country, device, browser, and source (if available).
  • Query parameters and ad markers, if passed.

How to Troubleshoot

    Open the click log.

    Select the relevant flow and time period.

    Find the specific test or problematic click.

    Open details and check the decision reason.

  5. 5

    Compare the click’s input data with your filter settings.

Export and Reporting

If export is available, download clicks for a specific period and flow. When contacting support or sharing for analysis, provide an exact time range, flow ID/name, click time, and expected result instead of full account access.
