- Check if the flow is enabled.
- Make sure you are using the current link or PHP file.
- Check if the limit has been reached.
- Run a test click without cache and VPN, then open the log.
Visitor Goes to the Wrong Page
- Verify the primary and fallback destinations.
- Open click details and the decision reason.
- Check geo filters, device, source, and repeat clicks.
- Ensure that redirects on your site do not change the final URL.
Payment Did Not Update the Plan
- Check the invoice status in Billing.
- Wait for payment system confirmation.
- Save the invoice, amount, currency, and payment time.
- Create a support ticket if the status does not change.
Statistics Seem Incorrect
- Check the selected period and time zone.
- Compare statistics with the click log.
- Ensure you are looking at the correct flow.
- Check if filters were changed in the middle of the period.
