Clicks Are Not Being Recorded

  • Check if the flow is enabled.
  • Make sure you are using the current link or PHP file.
  • Check if the limit has been reached.
  • Run a test click without cache and VPN, then open the log.

Visitor Goes to the Wrong Page

  • Verify the primary and fallback destinations.
  • Open click details and the decision reason.
  • Check geo filters, device, source, and repeat clicks.
  • Ensure that redirects on your site do not change the final URL.

Payment Did Not Update the Plan

  • Check the invoice status in Billing.
  • Wait for payment system confirmation.
  • Save the invoice, amount, currency, and payment time.
  • Create a support ticket if the status does not change.

Statistics Seem Incorrect

  • Check the selected period and time zone.
  • Compare statistics with the click log.
  • Ensure you are looking at the correct flow.
  • Check if filters were changed in the middle of the period.
