System messages about plans, payments, limits, support, and important events.

Types of Notifications

  • Invoice payment or payment issue.
  • Approaching plan limit.
  • Reply to a support ticket.
  • Change in subscription status.
  • System alert requiring attention.

How to Work with Notifications

    Open the notification list.

    First check unread notifications.

  3. 3

    Follow the link in the notification if present.

  4. 4

    After taking action, mark the notification as read.

  5. 5

    If a notification is unclear, include its text when contacting support.

Email and In‑App

Some notifications appear in the dashboard, others arrive by email. For important financial and access events, check both channels, especially if an invoice was recently created or your subscription is about to expire.
