Conversions
A log of everything sent by an affiliate network, a tracker or your own site.
This section’s view can be adjusted to suit you — see Customizing section layouts.
- Filters: period (7 days by default), a Received date / Click date switch, flow, search by click or transaction number, status (Lead, Sale, Hold, Rejected, Trash), goal.
- Table: when it arrived, flow, status, payout, click. 50 rows per page, with Excel export.
- Click history opens when you click a row: click data, what the network sent, status changes and delivery to the ad platform.
To make the numbers match your reports
By default the log selects conversions by the date they arrived, while “Reports” attribute revenue to the click date. Switch the log to “Click date” — your choice is kept in the page address and in the export.
How conversions are recorded
- Affiliate network statuses are mapped automatically: approved — sale, pending — hold, refund — rejected, fraud — trash, empty status — lead. An unknown status is recorded as “Trash” with zero revenue.
- A repeat message with the same transaction number updates the record — this is how a network confirms or reverses a lead.
- If no amount is sent, the lead or sale price from the offer settings is used. Currencies are converted to dollars at the European Central Bank’s daily rate.
- A repeat lead from the same visitor within the uniqueness window is recorded as “Trash” and marked as a duplicate.
