Flow setup
Flows
A flow is a single campaign: where to send people, whom to filter out and what to show those filtered out. The Flows section lists every campaign in your account.
This section’s view can be adjusted to suit you — see Customizing section layouts.
Numbers at the top
- Total Flows — including drafts and stopped flows.
- Active — flows with the “Active” status. All others show everyone the White Page.
- Last Update — when the settings were last changed (not traffic).
Search and filter
- All projects — show the flows of a single project.
- Search flows... — by name, number, status and note.
Flow row
- Flow Details — name, note, project and the mode label: “Cloaking”, “Tracker” or “Cloaking + Tracker”. Label color: green — filtering is on, red — off, light blue — tracker. A yellow “Shadow mode” dot means the flow is currently in shadow mode.
- Connection — the “JS tag” and “PHP file” badges: green — traffic is coming in, light blue — the connection was confirmed by a check, yellow — no clicks. Next to them you may see the warnings “Quiet today”, “Quiet Nd” or “No visits yet” — in that case open Connect and check the connection.
- Traffic — only the restrictions in effect, for example “Countries 2” or “Devices all except 1”. A red “all blocked” label means the list blocks everything. If there are no restrictions, you see “no restrictions”.
- Status — Active, Paused or Draft. Updated — the date of the last edit.
- Paused by plan — if your plan allows fewer flows than you have, the earliest ones are paused with this label and come back on their own when there is room again.
- Actions — Copy ad link, Edit and the More menu: Connect, Duplicate, Delete. Clicking the row also opens the editor.
Folders by domain
If two or more flows share the same offer domain, they are grouped into a folder named after that domain. The folder header shows how many flows it contains and how many are active; its checkbox selects all flows in the folder. A collapsed folder stays collapsed the next time you open the page.
Several flows at once
Tick the flows you need and an action bar appears: Delete selected, Duplicate selected, Clear. Duplicating stops when you hit your plan’s flow limit and tells you how many copies were created.
Duplicating a flow
Duplicate creates a copy with the “Draft” status and opens it for editing right away. The copy counts toward your flow limit. Settings that your plan does not include are not copied, and neither are shadow mode and the shield.
Deleting a flow
Its clicks, conversions and statistics are deleted along with it for good: they disappear from every report, and your account’s overall numbers for past days go down. If you only need to stop a flow, set its status to “Paused”: the link keeps working, visitors see the White Page and the whole history is kept.
When you cannot create a flow
- You have reached your plan’s flow limit — “Plan limit reached” appears above the button, with a See plans link.
- Your plan is inactive or the trial clicks have run out — you cannot create new flows or copies, but you can still open, edit and save existing ones. Until you pay, traffic sees the White Page.
