IP blacklist

Your own list of addresses that must never see the offer: competitors, your own test devices, a persistent bot. The list works only in your account — it does not affect other accounts.

This page lists only the addresses you added yourself. Addresses the filter caught on automation by itself (in the log — “Previously flagged address” or “Known bot address”) are not shown here, and you do not need to remove them: this is a separate automatic protection.

What happens to an address on the list

  • A visit from such an address goes straight to the White Page in all your flows — without checks, trust scoring or warm-up. Even if the address is on a flow’s IP whitelist, the blacklist wins.
  • The same applies in shadow mode and in “Tracker” mode: you have banned this address yourself.
  • In the log, such a click has the reason “In your blacklist”. The click does not count towards the trial limit.
  • Changes take effect immediately, from the next visit.

How to block from the click log

  • Next to the address in each row there is an icon: red to block, green to unblock. A blocked address is struck through and marked “blacklisted”.
  • You can tick several rows. A panel with the Block IP and Unblock IP buttons appears above the table; the number on a button is how many addresses the action will actually change.
  • Every action is confirmed in a window listing the addresses.
  • If an address got onto the list through a subnet, you cannot unblock it from the log — remove the subnet on the blacklist page.

The “Blacklist” page

It opens with the Blacklist button in the click log.

  • One address — an IP address or subnet and an optional note, for example “competitor”.
  • A list — one address per line; commas and spaces also separate entries, so you can paste straight from a spreadsheet. After adding, you see how many entries were added, how many were already on the list and which lines were not recognized.
  • IPv4 and IPv6 addresses and subnets in CIDR notation are accepted: 203.0.113.7, 203.0.113.0/24, 2001:db8::/48. Subnets wider than /8 for IPv4 and /16 for IPv6 are not accepted.
  • The list has search, the date added, who added the entry and the note. You can delete one entry or several ticked ones, with confirmation.
  • The list can hold up to 10,000 entries.
  • A team member with view-only access to the log sees the list but cannot change it.
