Flow setup
Step 3. Tracker
Where conversions come from and what the flow counts. In “Cloaking” mode this step is optional: if you run traffic through Keitaro, Binom or another tracker, select it, and CR and revenue will appear in your cloaking statistics. All blocks in this step are collapsed.
External tracker (“Cloaking” mode)
- Pick your tracker from the list (Keitaro, Binom, RedTrack, Voluum and 28 more) or “Other tracker”. The ? button shows a note and a link to the tracker’s documentation.
- Parameter for the ad link — a pair like
external_id={click_id}with a Copy button. The field is green if the parameter is already in the offer link and red if it is not. Add to the link appends it to all offers. - This parameter carries the click number to the tracker and back in the postback — the “How click_id makes the round trip” diagram shows the path.
- Status line: “Conversions are already coming in — the receiver is shared across all flows.”, “Postbacks are reaching us, but none has matched a click yet.” or “One step left, shared by all flows: point your tracker's postback to our address.” The link opens a window with the postback address to paste into your tracker.
Campaign labels (modes with a tracker)
- Parameters from the source — the fields (keyword, cost, currency, platform click ID, creative ID, campaign ID, placement, SubID) and their names come from the source. For this flow you can change only the value.
- Your own SubIDs — “Sub ID N” rows with a “key = value” pair, for example
sub1 = {sub_id_1}. A new flow without a source starts with sub1–sub30. Remove the ones you do not need with the cross, and add new ones with the + add SubID button. - The flow’s ad link is built from these labels.
The number of SubID labels is not limited by your plan: tag the creative, audience, buyer, funnel — anything you want to see in reports. sub1–sub10 are available in the “Money by slice” table, the rest in the report builder.
Revenue (modes with a tracker)
For each offer:
- Affiliate network — “Own site (form)” or a network from the list. Add network creates a network right here.
- Show the postback address for the network’s dashboard — a window with the address and three steps: copy it, paste it into the network’s dashboard, wait for the first conversion. For your own site — Show the code for the form handler, with a choice of PHP code, JS for the “Thank you” page or a pixel. The window shows a live check: “Waiting…” → “Received and matched to its click — everything works.”
- Parameter for the offer address — the network receives the click number through it and returns it in the postback. Add to offer appends it to the address; if you do not add it, it is appended automatically when you save.
- What you are paid per lead, $ and per sale, $ — assigned to each lead or sale if the network did not send an amount.
Click price (modes with a tracker)
Cost, profit and ROI are calculated from the click price. Only clicks that reached the offer are priced.
| Model | Field | How it is calculated |
|---|---|---|
| Not counted | — | Cost is not counted. If a source is selected — “As in the source”: the source’s price is used. |
| CPC | Price per click, $ | For each click that reached the offer. |
| CPM | Price per 1,000 visits, $ | For every thousand visits that reached the offer. |
| From the link | Link parameter with the price (for example cost) | The platform puts the price into the link itself, for example cost={cost}. |
| CPA | Price per conversion, $ | Only for approved conversions; on-hold and rejected ones are not counted. |
| RevShare | Share of the payout, % | A percentage of the payout for approved conversions. |
If you need the exact amount from the ad platform’s dashboard, enter the day’s cost in Reports — it is spread over that day’s clicks.
Unique visitor
Available in all modes. Anyone who has already visited the flow within the chosen period is not unique.
- Window: 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 hours, 7 or 30 days; in the modes with a tracker also “Never block”. By default: 24 hours for cloaking, “Never block” for flows with a tracker. A flow that already has “Calendar day” keeps it until you change the window.
- Matching: “By IP address” (default) or “By IP and browser”.
- In the modes with a tracker, a repeat lead from the same visitor from a different click within the window goes to “Trash” marked as a duplicate and does not replace the first one.
