What happens automatically

Scheduled times are Kyiv time.

Billing and plan

  • On the renewal date, the amount is charged to your balance. If there is not enough money, all whole dollars are taken from the balance and an invoice is issued for the rest. The attempt is repeated once a day. Until the debt is paid, the plan is inactive and all traffic goes to the White Page. A top-up that covers the rest settles the debt immediately and resumes the plan.
  • An unpaid invoice for buying a plan or for a top-up is closed half an hour after its due time, and the part taken from your balance for it is returned. A renewal invoice is not closed: it waits for payment, and what has already been taken counts toward the debt.
  • A notification that your plan is ending comes 7 days in advance, 2 days for the trial. An email comes if your balance is not enough for renewal; for the end of the trial, about a day and a half in advance. When the plan has ended, you get a notification and an email.
  • If your plan has ended or been downgraded, team members above the seat limit are disabled within 5 minutes. When seats become available again, they are re-enabled.
  • Flows above the new plan’s limit are paused, the earliest first; when the limit allows, they come back on their own.

Traffic and protection

  • Every minute, we check whether the offer of each active flow responds. If an offer fails three checks in a row, you get a notification, and another one when it is available again.
  • Every 15 minutes, ArtisanClo looks for a spike in platform reviews in flows with traffic. At high risk with auto-shield on Professional and above, the shield is raised for 6 hours. Repeat visits from reviewers the service already recognizes by address count too.
  • Every hour, we look for a network-wide review wave. If it hits your flow’s country, you get a warning, and with auto-shield on, the shield is raised for 3 hours.
  • If auto-tuning is on Professional and above, it checks the flow every hour and changes settings no more often than once every 6 hours.
  • Shadow mode turns off by itself at the set time. You get a notification about 2 hours before the end and right after it.
  • If a day had 200 clicks or more and the share reaching the offer is below 5% or has halved compared with the previous day, you get a warning — no more than once a day.
  • Domains of active flows (offer, White Page, landing page) are checked against DNS filters every 10 minutes and against browsers’ dangerous-site lists every 2 hours. A new domain is checked right after the flow is saved.
  • Every morning, we check that each active flow’s White Page opens.
  • Extra guard Professional and above retrains every night.
  • An address caught on automation at several customers at once is added to the shared IP blacklist within an hour.
  • Ad verification services, programs instead of a browser, automated browsers with proven signs, faked time on page and platform preview robots go onto the shared bot list on the very first catch. Their next visit to any flow of any customer gets the White Page right away (“Known bot address”). Data center and hosting addresses stay there practically indefinitely, home and mobile ones for 14 days.
  • Flow recommendations are recalculated every 30 minutes.
  • Cost from ad platforms Business is pulled every morning for the last 3 days.

Data

  • Clicks appear in statistics in about a minute.
  • Clicks are kept for 180 days; your plan determines how many of them you can see.
  • Totals for yesterday and the day before are recalculated every night.
  • Notifications are kept for 180 days.
  • ECB exchange rates for converting conversion payouts and ad platform costs to dollars are updated daily; on weekends the latest published rates apply.

First days

  • If there are still no visits on the second day, you get an email suggesting the next step. Once visits start, you get an email with the first numbers. Both arrive in the morning, your time.
