If something doesn't work

Start with the Clicks log: every visit has a decision reason, and most often it names the problem right away. For one visit in full, open the Visit report link from the flow's connection window: instead of the page it shows every signal, conclusion and the final decision.

What you seeWhy it happensWhat to do
Every visitor sees the White PageNo active plan, or the trial clicks have run out; the flow is paused or a draft; cloaking is off; the warm-up is on; the shield is up and the link has no click id.Check the reason in the click log: “Flow under review”, “No active plan”, “Click limit reached”, “Flow is not running”, “Cloaking switched off”, “Before filtering”, “Shield: no paid click id”. The order of checks is in Offer or White Page.
Every visit in the log has the same IP — the address of your server or hostA hosting proxy stands in front of the site, and the PHP file sees its address instead of the visitor's. The file takes the real address from headers only when they come from Cloudflare.Proxy the domain through Cloudflare (orange cloud) or ask the host to pass the visitor's real address to the server (real IP / mod_remoteip).
The PHP file answers with error 503, or the page loads slowlyThe site's server cannot reach ArtisanClo: outgoing connections are forbidden, there is no curl extension and allow_url_fopen is off, or the host's firewall cuts the requests. The file waits up to 4 seconds for an answer.Make sure the host has PHP 7.2 or newer and allows outgoing HTTPS requests. While there is no answer, the file serves visits for a day by its last answer: visitors with an ad click id go to the offer, everyone else to the White Page. A visit that arrives before the first answer gets 503.
The host answers 403 to requests to the landing pageThe host's protective filter (WAF, ModSecurity) takes the check page's requests for an attack.Add the landing address to the filter's exceptions or ask the host's support to switch it off for this site.
Everyone sees the page, even bots; or decisions change with a delayA WordPress caching plugin, the host's cache or a CDN serves a saved copy of the page instead of asking for a decision for each visitor.Exclude the landing page from caching or switch page caching off. After the change, clear the cache and check in an incognito window.
The tag is in place, but the page shows before the decisionThe code is added through Google Tag Manager, with async or defer, or is not the first line in <head>.Put the code as the first line in <head> of every page, without a tag manager. Check it with the Check my page button.
The integration check says it could not open the pageSome sites and hosts do not let automated checks in.That does not mean the connection is broken. Open the landing page yourself: the first visit marks the method as active.
My test visits do not show up in the logA repeat visit from the same address and browser within a minute is merged with the previous click and is not written again.Wait a minute, or test from another device or network.
I changed the flow settings, but a visitor still sees the old resultWith the PHP file, the decision for one visitor is kept in the browser for up to a minute.Test in a new incognito window. There is no need to re-upload the PHP file after editing the flow: the settings are not stored in the file. Download it again only when the connection window says you're running an older file.
The offer does not open in a frame, or links in it open the whole tabThe offer site forbids being shown in a frame.Choose “Loading” or “Redirect”. The cabinet warns about this under the offer address.
People on a VPN or from another country do not get throughThat is intended: a VPN changes the country and lowers trust in the visit. If you need the VPN audience, switch off “VPN and proxy blocking” and check the loss in Flow diagnostics before you switch it off.
