Sign-up and sign-in

Sign-up

• Enter your name, email and a password (at least 6 characters), or click the key icon in the password field: a 14-character password is generated for you, shown once, with a “Copy” button. Keep it somewhere safe. You can also click Continue with Google.
• In the Promo code field, you can enter a partner’s promo code or the code of the friend who invited you. If you came through a partner link, the field is already filled in. If you came through a friend’s link, it is filled in too, but you can change it.
• Once you sign up, your trial starts, the dashboard opens and you receive an email to confirm your address. The link in the email is valid for 60 minutes.

Sign-in

• Sign in with your email and password or with Google. The Remember me checkbox keeps you signed in on this device.
• After five failed attempts, sign-in is blocked for a short while.
• If there is no account with this email yet, signing in with Google creates one right away. If there is, Google is linked to it.
• You can work from several devices at the same time.

Password recovery

Click Forgot password?, enter your email and follow the link in the email. The link is valid for 60 minutes.

Email confirmation

The dashboard works without a confirmed email, but until you confirm it you cannot buy a plan, top up your wallet or invite a team member. You can resend the email from the dashboard.

Two-factor authentication

Sign-in with an extra code from an authenticator app on your phone.

1. Open Security and click Enable — a key and a QR code for the app appear.
2. Enter the code from the app and click Confirm and enable.
3. Save the 8 recovery codes: they are shown only once.

From then on, the code is requested at every sign-in: with a password, with Google and via the Open button in Telegram messages. You can turn protection off or issue new codes only with your password, and you will get an email when you do.
