System status

The artisanclo.com/status page shows whether the decision engine, the dashboard, the database and the cache are working. It also opens at an address with a language, for example artisanclo.com/en/status. For external monitoring there is artisanclo.com/status.json: the same data, code 200 when everything works and 503 if any component is unavailable.

• “Verdicts processed” — the share of clicks handled without failure over 30 days.
• “Decision response time” — in milliseconds.
• “Target SLA” — 99.9%.
• A daily bar for the last 30 days; grey days are days without clicks.
• An event log.
