Profile and security
Profile
- At the top: your name, email, wallet balance, sign-up date and Client ID with a Copy button — mention it when you contact support.
- Email. A new address must be confirmed. An email about the change is sent to the previous address, in case someone changed it without you.
- Default language — one of seven. The dashboard opens in it, and emails, notifications and Telegram messages arrive in it. The switcher in the header changes the language for the current session only.
- Time zone — dates are shown in it and Telegram quiet hours are counted by it. If no time zone is selected, the dashboard takes it from your browser once.
Password
- Change password — your current and new password; you get an email after the change.
- An account created with Google has no password of its own at first: the block is called Set a password and does not ask for an old password (with two-factor authentication on, you need a code). Set a password so you can sign in without Google, turn off two-factor authentication, replace the conversion key and delete your account.
Security
- Active sessions: End this session or End all other sessions. An ended session is sent to the sign-in page with an explanation on its next action.
- Session history with the reason each session was closed.
- Two-factor authentication — see Sign-up and sign-in.
- Telegram — the button opens the bot; press Start there. You can disconnect with the button or the
/stopcommand in the bot.
Deleting your account
The “Danger zone” block → Delete account; your password is required. Flows, presets and clicks are deleted, and traffic stops. Invoices and payment history are kept.
