Getting started

Finding your way around

Menu

  • Dashboard — the first item.
  • Traffic: Flows, Sources, Presets, White Page.
  • Analytics: Clicks, Statistics, Diagnostics.
  • Money: Reports, Conversions, Conversions setup.
  • Account: Team.
  • Avatar menu: Profile, Wallet, Plans, Referral program, API integration, Security, Full cabinet tour, Contact us.
  • The Billing page opens from the plan badge in the header.

Period and history depth

The period is chosen the same way in every section: Today, Yesterday, Last 24 hours, 7, 30, 60, 90 or 180 days, or a custom range. How far back you can look depends on your plan: Starter — 30 days, Professional — 60, Business — 180, trial — 7. The list keeps only the periods your plan shows, and the custom range calendar does not let you pick a date earlier than that limit.

Time and data freshness

  • Dates are shown in the time zone from your profile.
  • Totals for charts and reports are recalculated every minute, so new clicks show up there within a couple of minutes.

Status banners

If a flow is running differently than usual, a banner appears on every dashboard page: “Cloaking is off”, “Shadow mode (until …)”, “Shield is up” or “Warm-up in progress (clicks left: N)”. The Open flow button takes you straight to the setting. Review mode shows a “Flow under review” banner with the time it was switched on.

Learning

  • The full cabinet tour starts on its own for new users and walks you through creating a flow, connecting it and the first visit. It creates a paused practice flow and a practice filter set, and offers to delete them at the end.
  • Section tours open from the ? button in the header — “Show me how this works”.

Customizing section layouts

In several sections you can adjust the view to suit you: the button with the settings icon sits to the right of the section’s filters. Each person has their own setting — team members too — and it is stored in the account, so it looks the same on any device.

SectionWhat you can customize
DashboardEvery card and block: show or hide it, and its order within its zone — metric tiles, left and right columns, quality by flow, charts at the bottom.
StatisticsThe same for cards, columns, flows and reasons, the hourly heatmap, the activity rhythm and breakdowns (geo, devices, browsers, ISPs, OS, destinations).
Reports and costsThe “Money by slice” table and the report builder: hide either one or swap them. Columns of the “Money by slice” table and their order, with the Choose columns button in the table header; optional: To offer, LP clicks, LP CTR, On hold, EPC, CPA. The slice column cannot be hidden.
Click logTable columns and their order. You can also turn on: traffic source, ad platform, site, sent to, campaign, platform click ID, labels, click cost, unique, lead. The “click / IP / flow” column cannot be hidden.
ConversionsTable columns and their order. Also available: transaction number, geo, device, offer, landing page, receiving method. The click column cannot be hidden.
FlowsWhat a flow row shows and in what order: note, project, shadow mode, mode, connection method, “No clicks”, traffic, status, date changed. Also available: offer domain, filter rule count, and today’s clicks, pass rate, leads and revenue.
Traffic sourcesTable columns and their order: flows, clicks, leads, sales, rejected, CR, EPC, CPC, revenue, cost, profit, ROI. The source name cannot be hidden.
Filter presetsTable columns and their order: parameters, status, last change. The preset name cannot be hidden; phone cards stay the same.
Flow diagnosticsThe Recommendations tab: number cards and traffic composition in the analysis header, then “Why and whom we cut” and “Daily trend”; show or hide them and set their order within the zone. “What to fix” cannot be hidden.
Conversion intakeWhich tabs to show and in what order: own site, external tracker, log. “Affiliate networks” cannot be hidden; a hidden tab still opens from a direct link.
TeamWhich tabs to show and in what order: access roles, projects, guest links. “Members” cannot be hidden; a hidden tab still opens at its own address.
  • Blocks are moved by dragging or with the “up” / “down” arrows, only within their own zone — so the page layout stays tidy in any order.
  • A hidden block simply disappears and its neighbours close the gap. If you hide everything, the page shows a button to bring the setting back.
  • Changes apply when you click Save. Reset to default restores the original view.
  • The setting does not change XLSX and CSV exports: their format is fixed.
